How a value is assigned to an act
Every healing event carries two numbers — a healing value in USD (the real-world worth of the regeneration) and a Healing Index score (the standardized unit of the Regenerative Standard). The USD value is assigned per category from a measured before→after delta against a stated basis. The Index is then derived from that value, weighted by how independently the healing was witnessed. Nothing is taken on faith: an AI-contradicted event scores zero.

The Healing Index formula
Index = (USD healing value ÷ 100) × witness-weight multiplier
So $10,000 of independently witnessed healing = 100 base points, scaled up by the strength of evidence. The Index rewards magnitude of healing and independence of witness equally — a large act attested only by the steward who performed it scores lower than the same act corroborated by satellite and an independent AI.
Witness-weight multiplier
AI verdict “insufficient” → the event stays pending (0 points until corroborated). AI verdict “contradicted” → challenged and excluded from the Index entirely.
The consolidated standard
A single reference for what qualifies as a valid healing act and how it anchors as a reserve credit. Every event in the ledger passes through these gates before it counts. Nothing is taken on faith; nothing is handed out.
What qualifies as a valid healing act
Category
Must be one of the 10 standardized event types (foreclosure cure, land restored, soil carbon, species rebound, watershed, community wealth retained, debt forgiven, renewable energy, food sovereignty, other regeneration).
Measured delta
Must carry a measured before → after delta (e.g. "0 → 4.2 tonnes soil carbon"). No delta, no event — the act must be measurable, not asserted.
Witness
Must name an attested_by steward, sensor, or institution. An unwitnessed event stays pending and never enters the Index.
AI Witness gate
The independent AI Witness cross-checks the claim against public records, satellite, news, and science. corroborated → attested; insufficient → stays pending (0 points); contradicted → challenged and excluded from the Index entirely.
The AI Witness verdict gate
Independent evidence supports the claim → status attested, enters the Index.
No independent evidence found → stays pending, scores 0 until corroborated. Never attested on faith.

The witnessed event is hashed and recorded on the XRPL (on_chain_tx_hash), making it publicly and permanently verifiable.
Sovereign reserve credit
A Nation's sovereign_reserve_usd = the sum of its own attested healing_value_usd. That reserve backs the Nation's own currency — not a slice of Federation gold.
The trust anchor — not a distributable reserve
The Federation's attested physical gold is public proof that the standard works and a bridge to the dollar world. It is not handed out to Nations who heal. A Nation's reserve is its own attested healing — its own restored watersheds, saved families, regenerated land. New healing creates new reserve value; the planetary reserve grows as Nations heal. Nations never compete for a finite pie.
The planetary healing ledger
The Federation’s architecture rests on two layers that are intentionally kept distinct. Conflating them is the single move that would undercut the mission with a regulator or a Nation’s counsel; separating them is what makes the design both sound and new.
The regeneration — a public good
A restored watershed, increased soil carbon, a family kept in their home, a rebounded species. These are non-rivalrous (one person’s benefit doesn’t reduce another’s) and non-excludable (you cannot wall off a healed commons). Economists call this a textbook public good. The Healing Ledger is the Federation’s public-good accounting layer — open, attested, and witnessed.
The Regenerative StandardThe currency — a private instrument
SFT, RLUSD, the gold reserve, and the trust instruments are rivalrous and excludable — a token held by one person is not held by another. The currency is a private medium of exchange that happens to be backed by the public-good ledger. We do not call the currency itself a “public good”: that label belongs to the healing, and misapplying it would invite securities and charitable-status scrutiny the architecture is designed to avoid.
The Financial SystemThe design: a public-good ledger (the healing) gives moral and monetary backing to a private medium of exchange (the token). Almost no currency on Earth can make that claim — most are backed by extraction, and none by a witnessed commons. That distinction is the mission’s sharpest, truest pitch, and the line we will not blur.

01 · The Healing Event primitive

02 · The AI Witness
LIVEThe missing trust layer for all regenerative finance. Today nobody can verify that "impact" actually happened, which is why carbon markets and ESG are mostly theater. An independent AI model now witnesses each healing claim — cross-checking it against public records, satellite data, news, and science via web search — and signs its own attestation with a SHA-256 hash. The AI doesn't decide; it observes and signs. It never corroborates on faith: insufficient evidence leaves a claim pending; contradicted evidence challenges it. 03 · The Reciprocal Reserve Network
LIVEEach Nation or community issues its sovereign currency backed by its own attested healing events — not by a slice of the Federation's gold. A Nation's reserve is its own healed land and saved families. Nations mutually recognize each other's attestations through the shared protocol. The global reserve is the aggregate of all attested healing — a planetary healing-backed standard, sovereign at every node, not run by the IMF or a central bank. Carbon markets price a negative. ESG rates companies. Impact investing funds projects. Nobody has made the healing itself the reserve asset of money — with independent witnessed attestation, sovereign at every node. That is the gap.
