A complete, deployment-ready sovereign local currency pilot — measurement, infrastructure, onboarding, and study. Bring it to your town, city, region, or nation. Stop the steady, unmeasured drain of processing fees to out-of-state processors. Keep the value local. Own the data.
The Leverage
Every city loses money to Visa, Stripe, and Square. None have measured it. None have a solution.
A self-run pilot produces the first empirical dataset on sovereign local currency in an American jurisdiction.
First-mover jurisdictions earn a permanent founding-node royalty from every city that follows.
What's in the Box
The Federation's existing platform is contributed at no charge. You pay only for deployment, onboarding, and study production.
Your pilot gets its own isolated coin, named after your event, deployed on the XRPL. Restricted to your cohort. Burned to zero at the end — a true clean test.
Physical + digital exchange post deployment. QR cards, steward training, ops dashboard.
Bilingual training, payment QR, vendor profiles. Zero card reader fees, 3-second settlement.
Every transaction on a public ledger. Circulation velocity, retention, leakage — tracked in real time.
Baseline, monthly, and final reports. Owned by the jurisdiction. Open data, open methodology.
A neutral one-page briefing template to inform local officials. Transparency without requesting permission. City as observer, not gatekeeper.
A plain-English "Start Here" kit + printable Welcome handout. Free wallet setup, $10 SFT welcome gift, and in-person Steward help — so every resident, not just the tech-savvy, can take part.
First-mover jurisdictions earn a permanent royalty from every subsequent city in the network.

Deployment Guide
Six steps to launch a sovereign economy pilot in your community — your progress is saved on this device
Charter the Event
Define your jurisdiction, event dates, vendor target, and gift cap. Submit the pilot application to receive your FX node ID and slug.
Register & Onboard Vendors
Onboard 5–20 merchants. Each gets a payment QR, a $1 Steward test-send to verify the receive path, and a vendor profile.
Load the Steward Float & Backstop
Pre-load event coin into the Steward distribution wallet (gifts × 10 + vendors × 1). Ring-fence RLUSD backstop for the 48h vendor cash-out guarantee.
Open Resident Gift Claims
Residents claim their free 10 coins at the market portal. Steward sends coin from the float to each resident wallet. Track claims against the gift cap.
Brief Local Officials (Courtesy)
Send the one-page courtesy briefing to city council / chamber — transparency without requesting permission. The city is an observer, not a gatekeeper.
Reconcile, Measure & Publish
Weekly: reconcile the float (burn unsent coin), capture the metrics snapshot, track velocity & leakage-avoided. Final: deliver the open-data study to the jurisdiction.

The Data Is Yours
Unlike vendors who lock your data behind their platform, the Federation delivers every dataset in open format — owned entirely by the participating jurisdiction. The study, the raw transaction data, the policy recommendations. All yours. The Federation keeps nothing proprietary about your economy.
The only thing the Federation retains is the network position: every subsequent city that joins the national network pays a licensing fee, and a portion returns — in perpetuity — to the founding jurisdictions that produced the proof.
Network & Token Policy
Every pilot runs on its own isolated coin. The shared SFT is the bridge. Proven cities graduate to their own permanent currency. Here is exactly how it works.
Every pilot event mints its own isolated coin, named after the event (Nevada City gets the Nevada City Coin, a Fresno trial gets the Fresno Coin). Restricted to that event's cohort only — it physically can't leave the event. Burned to zero when the pilot ends: a true clean test, fully separate from the real 144M SFT economy. Multiple pilots run in parallel, each in its own sandbox.
The real SFT stays the federation-wide settlement and bridge currency. After a city graduates, its permanent currency swaps through SFT and is redeemable 1:1 to RLUSD — sovereign local currencies, interoperable through one shared rail. Not one world coin, not isolated islands.
Any city that proves circulation in its pilot earns the right to mint its own permanent, self-named currency (the city chooses the name). The pilot is the qualification gate: prove your community will circulate it, then launch your own money. The test coin is burned; the official currency is born — with a ceremony.
Why Isolated Event Coins
Pilots use isolated event coins so they never consume or dilute the fixed 144,000,000 SFT supply. Each event coin is minted only for its cohort (10 per customer + a $1 Steward test-send per vendor) and burned to zero at the end — no inflation, no leakage into the main economy. The 144M SFT supply serves the shared settlement network and the bridge for graduated sovereign currencies.
SFT itself is a high-velocity transactional currency (pegged 1:1 to USD, paired 1:1 with RLUSD) — not a store of value. Long-term value storage routes to gold-backed trusts. Rewards, referral commissions, and staking yield draw from the pre-allocated 14.4M staking pool (10%) and redistribute existing supply rather than minting new SFT. The supply cannot inflate as more pilots run, because pilots never touch it.
