Welcome, Sovereign Peer. This is your operational reference guide.
The Sacred Federation is a private sovereign administrative infrastructure. As a registered member, you have been issued a Resonance Federation Number (RFN) and granted access to your personal Sanctuary — your private dashboard for managing your identity, trust, treasury, and federation standing.
This manual covers the modules and tools available to you as a peer member. Your Sanctuary is organized across 12 core tabs, each serving a distinct sovereign function.
Your Sanctuary is your personal administrative dashboard. Each tab below provides a specific sovereign capability.
Tab 01 — Identity Binding
Your core sovereign identity hub. Links your personal identity to the federation chain. Contains your ID manifest, identity attachment slots, and binding verification display.
Tab 02 — Status Correction
Tools for documenting and correcting your sovereign legal standing. Includes document upload slots for status correction affidavits and standing confirmation.
Tab 03 — Banking (Resonance Treasury)
Your financial operations hub. View your T2/T3 account balances, banking matrix, peer account details, and private account information. Connected to the XRP Ledger for live data.
Tab 04 — Universal Library
Your personal knowledge repository. Access sovereign reference materials, curriculum resources, and philosophical archives organized in the Library Vault Card system.
Tab 05 — Sovereign Post
Your internal messaging and postal relay. Send and receive official correspondence within the federation network securely.
Tab 06 — Public Registry
Access the public registry module. Manage your RFN manifestation, identity flow approvals, and chain-of-custody records visible to verified members.
Tab 07 — Estate Vault
Manage your real estate and property holdings. Includes deed management, private property notices, LOI dealer notices, foundation status tracking, and your private estate documentation.
Tab 08 — Sovereign Diary
Your personal administrative log. Record sovereign declarations, actions, and operational notes with timestamp integrity for your private records.
Tab 09 — Sovereign Business
Full business management suite. Register and bind sovereign businesses, manage T2/T3 account designations, view balances, and access capital bridge tools.
Tab 10 — Executive Dashboard
Your personal executive overview. Aggregates your account statuses, relay logs, binding confirmations, and personal federation health indicators.
Tab 11 — General Mall
Access the general member marketplace. Browse available products, services, and internal market offerings within the federation commerce system.
Tab 12 — Admin (Creator Only)
Restricted to the Federation Creator administrator only. Contains high-privilege system configuration and federation-wide oversight tools.
Welcome Portal
The public entry point of the federation. Accessible without login. Contains the QR gate, new soul registration form, and returning citizen verification via RFN.
Federation Portal
The main federation introduction page. Provides orientation for new and returning members and explains the federation's six pillars and operational structure.
Returning Member Entry
Use your Resonance Federation Number (RFN) to verify your standing and re-enter your Sanctuary. Enter your RFN in the Returning Member gate on the Federation Portal.
Federation Mall
The internal federation marketplace for authorized members. Access federation-specific products and services. Requires active membership standing.
The Sacred Federation uses the XRP Ledger (XRPL) as the backbone of all treasury operations. As a member you interact with two account tiers: T2 (your Reservoir/Vault — long-term holding) and T3 (your Operations Hub — day-to-day transactions).
Your T3 Operations Hub is your spending account. Fees, purchases, and relay payments are processed from T3. Your T2 Reservoir holds your longer-term sovereign assets. Both accounts are bound to the T1 Source (Federation Ancestor Trust) and anchored at 44Hz frequency.
Never share your XRPL private keys. All transaction signing is done through the Xaman (XUMM) wallet app on your personal device. The federation never holds custody of your keys.
Your RFN is your sovereign identifier within the federation. It was issued to you upon registration and is permanently linked to your record in the Federation Registry.
Your RFN is used to: verify your standing when re-entering the portal, authenticate your identity in federation communications, and confirm your membership status for access to restricted federation services.
Keep your RFN private. It is your sovereign key. If you ever lose access to your RFN, contact the Federation Records Department for assistance.
The federation is organized into six sovereign departments (T2 nodes). Each department is governed by an appointed administrator peer.
THE STEWARD — Jurisprudence & Witness
Governs linguistic protocols, witness coordination, treaty management, and legal standing. The Steward department maintains jurisdictional protocols and interface channels.
THE PULSE — Finance & Treasury
Manages federation finance operations, treasury flow, and asset management. The Pulse department oversees the T1 Source asset foundation and reserve integrity.
THE ALCHEMIST — Biological Restoration
Governs biological restoration protocols and wellness infrastructure. The Alchemist department maintains wellness grid stability.
THE WEAVER — Infrastructure & Mesh
Manages infrastructure development, mesh architecture, and connectivity across the federation. The Weaver department ensures system readiness and network performance.
THE GATEWAY — Onboarding & Spirit
Governs new peer intake, onboarding operations, and spirit alignment. The Gateway department manages member entry and orientation.
THE JUSTICIA — Justice & Defense
Sovereign defense and security operations. The Justicia department governs jurisdictional defense, perimeter watch, and federation integrity enforcement.
As a member of the Sacred Federation, you operate under the Member Conduct & Credential Policy (governance_v1). This policy governs how you use your credentials, how you represent your sovereign standing, and how you interact with other members and the external world.
You are required to acknowledge the Governance Policy before accessing paid federation services. Your acknowledgment is recorded and timestamped in the federation registry.
Separation of capacities is mandatory: you must always operate in the correct capacity — sovereign trustee when administering your trust, or private individual in personal matters. Never mix these capacities when using federation credentials.
